Welcome to the newbie section. Throughout this guide you will see some words that are hyper linked in blue. That means that there is a definition you need to know. Click on the word, and a window will pop up telling you what it is about. One of the most difficult parts of being a newbie is the lingo, hopefully these definitions will give you a bit of a start understanding it all.
Making your Country
The first thing you need to know is where are you playing. You will hear the term 1A spoken frequently, but if you are brand new, you may not know what it means. The 1 stands for the standard server. There are three servers altogether, the standard, tourny, and free for all. The Free for All or FFA as it is referred to, is the ONLY server on which you may play more than 1 account. The standard server is the one we will be playing on. The only game on the standard server that allows clans is game A, so if you haven't already, make an account there. That will be your country for the rest of the reset, so treat it well, and make sure you have a cool sounding name.
Joining A Clan
The next thing you need to do is join your clan. If you are reading this, then you have already been recruited into one clan or another. You need to check something right now. Ask your leader if this is an alliance or a clan. If he says a clan, then think about finding another. If he says alliance, then you probably ended up somewhere good. Now just because you are in the clan, and have access to the website (if you don’t have a website DEFINITELY look somewhere else) doesn’t mean you are in the clan IN GAME. In order to do that, you need to click on the link called "clans" and join there. Do this by first entering the clan tag which you get from your leader, and then the pass, also from your leader. When you are in a clan, the clan tag will show up beside your name when you click on the "scores" link. If it shows there, then you have finished the first step. Welcome to your clan : )
Now you are ready to play. If you just started then you should have about 50 turns. The first 100 turns you play in a country are basically free. You are under protection, so no one can attack you. It is during these first 100 turns that we will prepare your country for the real unprotected world of Earth. Click on the first 100 turns to get started.
