2. Keep those tech levels up. It is important to keep your tech levels maxed while playing a casher. Residential, Military, and business tech all play very key roles in maximizing your cash flow per turn. Weapons tech is also a key factor with cashing. A republic is an easy land grab, but maxed weapons tech make sit just a bit harder.
3. LOTS of Construction sites. You don't want to waste all your turns building up your new land, when you COULD be cashing for much more. The higher your buildings per turn, the less time time it will take to build up your empty land, and the more time you can spend hitting that cash button, which is point #4.
4. HIT THAT CASH BUTTON. This is the key t the cashing strat. The cash button gives you the extra money you need to buy your tech and military. As a casher you will not produce anything except a few spies per turn, The rest is set up for pure cash. It is this fact that makes cashing one of the easier, yet most dangerous strategies to play.
